Nuovo edificio residenziale che mantiene il sedime lungo la strada per rendere forte e riconoscibile il tracciato della città consolidata. Il piano terra ricerca un rapporto con la via mediato da una recinzione su disegno su cui cresce la vegetazione e che protegge i locali abitati retrostanti. Gli atrii di ingresso alle risalite verticali proseguono fino al giardino interno. L’edificio presenta una facciata più urbana verso strada, mentre quella interna, a sud, è più aperta con ampie vetrate e terrazzi continui.
New residential building retaining its base along the road to make strong and recognisable the layout of the consolidated city. The ground floor searches a relationship with the street, mediated by a fencing over which vegetation grows and which protects the properties behind it. The entrances at the vertical rises carry on to the internal garden. The building presents a more urban facade over the street, while the internal one, to the south, is more open with wide glass walls and continuous terraces.
